    All About Parking in St Ives

    Some of the properties do have their own parking space which is included in the rental and we also have several reserved spaces on private land which you are able to book with any of the properties subject to availability. Please see our 'Extra Services' page for further information.

    Countywide Rover Tickets

    Countywide rover tickets can be obtained in advance from the Cornwall Council website using the 'EasiPermits' platform. These weekly rover tickets are charged at £60 per permit and are valid across the county in Cornwall Council long stay car parks and you will need to provide your registration number when purchasing this county-wide rover ticket.

    Alternatively set up an account with JustPark through their website or app on the day of arrival. You can pay for the rover ticket using a debit/credit card. Please note that the tickets will start from 00:01 and finish at midnight on the expiry date.

    Important: these permits do not guarantee you a space.

    Other locations where you can park

    St Ives School, on Higher Tregenna (TR26 2BB) is renting spaces in their car park during the weekends and school holidays. You can book your space, here. All funds raised will be reinvested into the school.

    St Ives Secure Parking on Penbeagle Industrial Estate. Spaces are individually sectioned off avoiding the risk of scratches to or from neighbouring vehicles. Each space measures a large 6 x 3 m. Advance booking is strongly advised. They provide a free delivery/collection service to/from your destination.

    Park and Ride Services in St Ives - Railway Station

    It’s easy to get to the Railway Station at St Erth (TR27 6JW) and has over 400 car parking spaces. It’s the best way to avoid queuing in traffic to get into St Ives. Instead, enjoy a ride on one of Britain’s most scenic railways.

    Dogs allowed – you can take up to two dogs per person on the train, free of charge. Just bring a lead.

    Park and Ride Services - By Bus

    St Ives Rugby Club provide a regular bus service that transports passengers to the Tate St Ives at Porthmeor Beach. The buses are run by St Ives Bus Company and run from approximately 10am every 10 – 15 min.
