    Complaints procedure

    Should there be anything you feel we should be made aware of in order to ensure your comfort and safety during your stay, please do not hesitate to inform us.

    Any complaints regarding the property must be made to Cornish Riviera Holidays within 24 hours of arrival so that remedial action can be taken if necessary. In no circumstances will compensation be paid for complaints made after the tenancy has ended.
