20 Carncrows is a modernised granite fisherman’s cottage located in the Downalong area of St.Ives, on a quiet street yet very close to the harbour, shops and beaches.

The cottage occupies the ground and first floor of a terraced cottage. Beneath is a flat with separate access on to Teetotal Street. The cottage is close carpeted throughout except for lino in the kitchen area and the bathroom.

Sitting room. Two large, comfortable settees, flat screen TV, DVD and CD/radio.

Kitchen/dining room. Butcher’s block surfaces, electric cooker with extractor hood, fridge/freezer, microwave and washer/dryer. Small dining table with seating for 4.

Bathroom. Bath with shower over, wash hand basin, heated towel rail, shaver-point and WC.

Bedroom 1. Double bed with memory foam mattress, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside tables and wash basin.

Bedroom 2. Two 3ft beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers and wash basin.

The cottage has oil filled electric radiators.
