2 Island Square is a Grade II listed three storey former fisherman’s cottage built around 1850. It is perfectly situated in the heart of St.Ives’ conservation area of Downalong, and is minutes from both Porthmeor and Porthgwidden beaches, the harbour and the Tate Gallery.

This cottage has been sympathetically restored throughout to the highest standard with great attention to detail, and a wealth of original features reinstated to protect its character. It has a light, contemporary interior with white painted granite and panelled walls, quality furnishings, luxurious bathrooms and excellent amenities throughout.
