The cottage is on two floors approached from Love Lane or Porthmeor Square. Covered approach up steps from Love Lane to:

Sitting room. A light bright room with exposed pastel painted beams highlighted by several large roof lights plus window onto Love Lane. The painted wood floors throughout are a distinctive feature. Original iron ducksnest grate and china studio sink indicate the history of the property and are complemented by the pretty pine cupboards, shelves and large desk. Comfortable cushioned cane chairs and single day bed. Radiator and hot water tank in cupboard both heated by gas fired Rayburn plus portable convector heater and electric immersion heater if preferred. TV.

Access to bathroom, only for the sure footed, through hatch door down steep wooden steps.

Bedroom. Very low modern pine 4ft bed, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe and bedside tables, portable electric fire. Window overlooking rear lane.

Steep stairs down to:

Kitchen/dining room. Extensive range of natural wood surfaces over cupboards flanking gas fired Rayburn which provides hot water and partial central heating as well as the oven for cooking. Gas 4 ring hob, washing machine, fridge, ample cooking utensils and china etc.

Pine table with pretty cushioned wood chairs, complete the cheerful cosy character of this room which makes cooking and dining a social affair. Stable door leads straight out into Porthmeor Square.

Bathroom (accessed down steep stairs from sitting room). Bright painted beamed ceiling, cottage bath, very generous basin, WC, electrically heated towel rail/room heater.
