










No. 9 Mount Pleasant was built around 1840 and originally used as a miner's cottage. It is situated at the top of Ayr Lane, which runs adjacent to the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden. Although Ayr Lane is a peaceful location the bustle of Fore Street is only a few minutes away. The beaches, shops and Tate St Ives are all within walking distance. It has been furnished by the owner in a traditional style, to include old pine furniture, paintings and prints by local artists and a selection of books for guests' use.

Bedroom 1. Victorian style double bed, bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers, wardrobe, wash basin with mirror above, stripped pine floor.
Bedroom 2. Two single beds, a shared bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers, sink with mirror above, stripped pine floor.
Both bedrooms have original sash windows. There is another very small room useful for storing suitcases etc.
Heating is by night storage radiators.
