Salubrious Place is just a few granite steps up from the main shopping street in a pedestrian only lane and away from any traffic noise.

No.3 has been carefully modernised by the present owner who has maintained the original character of the cottage with its beamed ceilings, open floorboards, fireplace and old pine panelling. The accommodation is artistically furnished and well equipped.

Kitchen/dining room. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Good work surfaces. Extending dining table with four chairs creating a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

Sitting room. Granite fireplace and mantelpiece. Comfortable settees, TV and video. Cupboard under stairs. A telephone is connected for incoming calls only.

Bedroom. Double bed, chest of drawers and hanging space. A light and airy room with windows at either end and harbour glimpse overlooking the roof tops.

Bathroom. Cottage style bath and integral shower, small wash hand basin and WC.

Heating is provided by wall mounted electric heaters.
