It is situated in the heart of the traffic-free, ‘downlong’ area of St.Ives, on the corner of Victoria Road and Victoria Place and equidistant from Porthmeor beach, the harbour, the Island and Porthgwidden beach. The front stable door on Victoria Road leads in to
Sitting room. Double bed settee and three easy chairs, a small nest of tables, books and pictures relating to local seafaring interest. TV with freeview box, DVD and video player and pay phone. Electric fire and storage heater. Original painted beamed ceiling. Steep stairs (may be unsuitable for older people and young children) down to
Kitchen/dining room. Electric cooker, washing machine, fridge, microwave and sink with drainer. Tiled floor, adequate cupboards and worktop with ample kitchen utensils etc. Dining table with three chairs and a bench, Welsh dresser and storage heater. Half glazed obscured glass stable door (only form of natural light to the room) to porch with external steps up to Victoria Road. Sliding door to
Bathroom. Very small room with bath under the stairs (hence limited head room), wash basin, heated towel rail and storage heater. Leads through to
Toilet with small vented window.
Stairs (which are open on one side) lead up from the sitting room to the landing on the
Bedroom 1. Double bed, chest of drawers, built in louvre door wardrobe and wash basin. Large sash window with Venetian blinds. Storage heater.
Bedroom 2. Bunk beds, chest of drawers and portable electric heater. Sash window with Venetian blinds and curtains.
All the floors and stairs are carpeted apart from on the lower ground floor.
Four garden chairs are provided for sitting out in the gravelled area of Victoria Road, a private road.
Well behaved dogs are accepted.
Bed linen is included in the rental.
