Kitchen. Electric cooker, fridge, stainless steel sink unit, good work surfaces and storage cupboards.
Bedroom 1. Pine double bed, fitted cupboards and dressing table.
Bedroom 2. Full-size bunk beds in a very small room.
Shower room. Fully tiled shower area, wash hand basin and WC.
Heating is by electric heaters.
A dog is accepted by arrangement.
No smoking.
