Chy Sunny has been carefully modernised by the present owners, yet retaining its original fisherman's cottage charm with beamed ceilings and open floorboards. The house has been redecorated in 2009 ready for the summer and has refurnished bedrooms and sitting room and a newly fitted bathroom. The property is spread over three floors, with steep stairs between each floor. It has a stable door entrance to the middle floor.
