No.2 Salubrious Place is just a few granite steps up from the main shopping street in a 'pedestrian only' lane away from any traffic noise, yet only a few metres from the harbour and beaches.

Chy Sunny has been carefully modernised by the present owners, whilst retaining its original fisherman's cottage charm with beamed ceilings and open floorboards. The house has been recently redecorated and has refurnished bedrooms and sitting room and a newly fitted bathroom and kitchen. The property is spread over three floors, with steep stairs between each floor. It has a stable door entrance to the middle floor.

Kitchen/dining room. Newly fitted with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. A range of butcher's block work surfaces and cupboards, round dining table with four chairs together with original shelves and limestone tiled floor create a convivial yet practical room.

Sitting Room. Electric coal effect stove in traditional fisherman's cottage fireplace, comfortable settee, leather armchair, large flat screen TV, Freeview and DVD player, coffee tables.

Bedroom 1. Double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet, wash basin. Sea glimpses from south facing bay window.

Heating is by wall mounted electric heaters and electric stove in sitting room.

Outside there is lockable shed which is ideal for storing beach gear and wetsuits and comes with an outside tap for rinsing those suits and beach tools. The patio area is a great place to relax and take in the Cornish air. Located opposite the front door, it has a bench, small cafe table and chairs, perfect for a glass of wine.

Suitable for single, couple or family occupancy only.
