This charming fisherman’s cottage is well located in this peaceful terrace in old St. Ives. It is characterful, unspoiled and much loved by all who stay there and ideal for families. It is within two minutes walk from Porthgwidden beach and close to the harbour. The Tate Gallery and Porthmeor beach are also nearby. It has the benefit of private parking for two cars and has a small grassed garden and patio area.

With front door onto Carncrows Street and back door onto the garden and back lane for car access.

Sitting room area. Fireplace, 2 large comfortable settees, large flat screen TV and DVD.

Dining area. Dining table, chairs and dresser.

Bedroom 2. Two full size bunk beds, chest of drawers, clothes hanging space.

Bedroom 3. Small 2’6” bed, ideal for a child. Good sea views.

Bathroom. Newly fitted with bean-shaped bath with hand-held shower and shower over, wash hand basin, heated towel rail, shaverpoint and WC.

Bedroom 4. Two 3’ beds under the eaves, clothes hanging space. Superb sea views.

A cot and a highchair are provided.

Centrally heated throughout.

There is an outside shower in the courtyard area with hanging rails for wetsuits.
