Virgin Street is tucked away behind Fore Street and can be approached from either The Digey or Barnoon Hill. It is a picturesque, pedestrian only winding cobbled street and is only minutes from the beaches, harbour, restaurants, shops and bars and about 250 metres away from Barnoon long-stay car park.

This semi-detached cottage can be entered directly from Virgin Street and also has a second entrance via the courtyard area which can be accessed by an alley to the side of the property. La Barca has recently been renovated and is tastefully decorated and furnished.

Sitting/dining room. Spacious room with comfortable soft furnishings, occasional table, TV, DVD and coal flame real effect gas fire. Carpeted in sitting area.

Dining area. To the rear of the room on a slightly raised wooden platform and has large, elegant table and seating for four.
