This house has recently undergone renovation, including redecorating, new carpets, halogen spot lighting throughout and quality solid wood furniture. There is also a range of original art by various artists hanging on the walls around the house and should you take a particular liking to any of this art, it can be purchased.

Sitting room area. Pair of two-seater leather settees, wall mounted LCD TV with both Freeview and a DVD player, wall-mounted state of the art HiFi with CD, radio and MP3 input. Coal-effect electric fire.

Kitchen. Recently fitted in oak with fridge, separate freezer, washing machine, stainless steel fitted oven with separate hob, microwave and a breakfast bar seating four.

Bedroom 2. Two single wrought iron and wood beds, solid wood wardrobe and dresser. Wall mounted electric convector heater.

There is a large landing on this floor with a bookcase stocked with books and DVD's for the use of guests and an airing cupboard. Wall mounted convector heater.

Shower room. Recently fitted with a large shower cubicle, sink and WC all in white. Heated towel rail.

Bedroom 1. A large room with double bed with solid oak bedside tables, dressing table and built in wardrobe. There is a also sitting area with two leather swivel chairs and a solid oak table, the window from this bedroom gives terrific views over St Ives harbour, with Carbis Bay in the background, a pair of high powered binoculars on a tripod are provided to bring these views a little closer for our guests. Heating is by wall-mounted thermostatically controlled electric heaters and coal-effect electric fire in the sitting room.
