The Nest is a quaint fisherman’s cottage with a wonderful mix of the old and new. This 19th century stone cottage, with exposed wooden floorboards and original beams, has a lovely cosy feel to it with all the modern touches you require for today’s lifestyle.

The cottage is situated within easy access to all the local beaches and shops, yet does not have the hustle and bustle of the main streets. The island long stay car park is also situated nearby.

The Nest is approached up several steps, so giving you an elevated feel whilst in the cottage and privacy away from anyone outside.

Entrance up granite steps and through stable door to:

Sitting room. This spacious room has a comfortable leather settee and armchair, wicker armchair, dining table with seating for four, 26” plasma flat panel TV with digital, Freeview and integral DVD and a gas flame effect fire. Window seat to front.

Kitchen. Ample storage and work space with window to back. Breakfast bar, oven with electric hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge etc.

Bathroom. White tiled with claw foot bath, walk-in power shower, wash hand basin, WC, heated towel rail, overhead fan heater, shelving and storage cupboard.

Bedroom 1. Window to front. Double bed with bedside table and lamp, wicker armchair, chest of drawers and hanging space.

Bedroom 2. Window to front. Bunk beds and chest of drawers.

Additional hanging and storage space on landing.

Well behaved dogs are allowed.

Bed linen is included in the rental.
