Situated on a charming cobbled walkway in the heart of Downalong, this lovely contemporary cottage is only a few steps from the Wharf’s sandy beach and pavement cafes and within minutes of the safe, family beach at Porthgwidden and the lively surfing beach of Porthmeor.

The cottage has been imaginatively restored with exposed beams, washed timbers and polished floorboards. The bedrooms offer beautifully hand-crafted beds and furniture and provide creative storage space. The accommodation can be arranged for families and couples throughout the year and has central heating.

Visitors may unload luggage at either end of the small walkway of Bethesda Hill.

Kitchen/dining area. Lovely light and airy room with hand built kitchen, Oyster slate flooring, underfloor heating and granite work surfaces. The dining table seats six and also extends for the occasional extra visitor. The window seat provides additional seating and the casement windows open to allow for the maximum enjoyment of the quiet, picturesque setting. The kitchen is well equipped with extensive white china, glasses and cutlery, butler sink with dual mixer tap, dishwasher, fridge, ceramic hob and electric oven, microwave with grill, kettle, toaster and sandwich maker. There is a combined washer/dryer, TV and portable stereo/radio. Constant hot water and central heating, when required, is provided via the 'combi' boiler. Under-stairs storage for beach equipment.
