The Lookout is a three storey property which captures plenty of sunshine. There are stunning views of the town and the coast line from the top bedroom. You can see if the surf is up before leaving for the beach.

The courtyard at the front is shared with Lower Deck, which forms the other half of the property, for access to clothes lines and dustbin storage. There is a bin storage unit with a cupboard for buckets and spades and other sandy items. It also provides a pleasant area to sit and enjoy morning coffee. You can stop outside the house to unload the car.

Bedroom 1. Double bed, wardrobe & chest of drawers, dimplex fuel effect electric heater

Bathroom. WC, wash basin and bath with electric shower over, electric towel rail, fan heater and shaver point.

Sitting room. Comfortable seating including a double bed settee, TV/VCR, coal effect fire and panel heater. This room gets plenty of afternoon sun.

Kitchen. Fully fitted with electric cooker, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. Seating for five but the large pine table can be extended for more. Plenty of sun in the morning. Access to the second floor is from the kitchen.

Bedroom 2. Twin bedded. Very light and airy with rooftop views of the town and the coast. This room is in the roof, so there is reduced ceiling height where the beds are. Just the place for afternoon tea looking towards Porthmeor bay.

Heating is by electric heaters.

For those interested in walking, this property, with Lower Deck (ref 36) is within yards of the South West Coastal Path. There is a range of books of coast and inland walks, maps and nature books. The properties can be combined for larger groups of 8/9, benefitting from 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms.
