











Tregurtha is in the middle of a terrace of six similar granite cottages. It was built in the 1870's as a fisherman's cottage. The cottage is in a prime position next to a gorgeous small sandy cove in the heart of old St.Ives and has stunning, uninterrupted sea views. The beach is accessed via a small path and steps and can be seen from both the sitting room and front bedroom. The sound of the sea can be heard throughout the house. There are small walled courtyards to the front and the rear of the property. Garden furniture is provided for relaxing in the sunshine.
Entrance hall. Ample space for storing beach gear etc.
Kitchen. Pine panelled with lino flooring. A spacious room equipped with folding table and 4 folding chairs, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, 4 ring electric oven and small welsh dresser. Immersion heater housed in corner cupboard.
Bathroom. Full sized bath with shower over, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
Access to the back lane.
Sitting room 1. Comfortably furnished and with wonderful views across St Ives Bay to Godrevy lighthouse, this room provides a perfect environment for relaxing and watching the ever changing seascape. Settee, 2 armchairs, flat-screen TV/DVD,coffee table and electric flame effect fire.
Sitting room 2. There is a very low doorway between the stairs and this room. Furnished with a dining table and seating for 4, wicker armchairs and small settee, electric coal effect fire.
Separate WC. WC and small wash hand basin.
Bedroom 1. Double pine bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. Amazing view over the sea.
Bedroom 2. Two single pine beds, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. Pretty floral curtains pick up the cottage style and blend with the warm tones of the pine furniture.
Heating is by oil filled radiators and electric coal effect fires.
