It is situated over three floors, overlooking the golden Porthminster beach, with superb views of St.Ives harbour with the bay stretching as far as Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond. The property is 100 metres from Porthminster beach and famous cafe, within easy walking distance of harbour shops and other beaches. It is situated on the approach road in to St.Ives below Tregenna Castle, with its tropical gardens and golf course. There is access to the coastal path just below the property.

The rental includes the added benefit of a parking space outside the property.

Kitchen/dining room. This open plan area successfully combines the large kitchen/dining room with a comfortable seating area perfect for dining, socialising and admiring the magnificent views.
