Situated on Pednolva Walk, at the water’s edge, possibly the closest house to the sea in St. Ives, Lambeth has exciting views of the harbour and across the bay. It retains much character being a listed building in a very pretty setting. It is spacious and light, and very close to the harbour, shops and beaches.
