











No. 6 is a pretty cottage ideally situated in Downalong, the old fisherman’s quarter of St Ives, adjacent to the Mariners Church. It is only a few metres from the harbour, shops and a short walk to all the beaches and Tate Gallery. Luggage is easily unloaded from the nearby car park.
Open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room. A large, light, colourful space which has windows at both ends and laminate flooring throughout.

Bedroom 1. Window overlooking Church Place, double bed, large fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables, wash hand basin, heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2. Small room with two 3ft bunk beds (suitable for children) and cupboard. Stairs lead from this room up to bedroom 3.
Shower room. Corner shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail.
Approached by steep stairs from the second bedroom.
Bedroom 3. A light airy room with velux window and window seat with glimpses of the Harbour. Two single beds, chest of drawers, wash hand basin with cupboard below. Carpets throughout including the stairs.
Heating is by gas fire and electric convector heaters.
Well behaved dogs accepted (on ground floor only).
