











Virgin Street is tucked away behind Fore Street and can be approached from either The Digey or from Barnoon Hill. It is a picturesque winding traffic-free cobbled street and is close to all beaches and the harbour. No.34 is a typical end of terrace fisherman’s cottage and has been tastefully furnished. There is a long stay car park 200 metres away at Barnoon.
Entrance porch for hanging outdoor clothes. Partial stain glass door leading to open plan dining/sitting room, and beyond a door to the new kitchen.

Dining area. Dining table and seating for five. Back door into small yard with steps to Upper Meadow leading to Porthmeor Beach.
Kitchen. Electric oven and four ring hob, washing machine, microwave, fridge and toaster. Good range of storage cupboards above and below with plenty of work surface area.
Bedroom 1. King-size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers with mirror above, bedside chests and lamps.
Bedroom 2. Full sized bunk beds with individual reading lights, chest of drawers.
Bathroom. With full sized bath, shower, matching wash hand basin and WC.
Bedroom 3. Double bed under the eaves, three small chest of drawers, bedside lamps, clothes hanging and storage alcove. Fantastic views to the harbour and out to St.Ives Bay on one side and views overlooking Porthmeor and The Island on the other.
Heating in all rooms by electric radiators.
Travel cot available.
Bed linen is included in the rental.
