Many of our properties are dog-friendly. Dogs are allowed on all beaches between 1st October and 1st May.Between 1st May and 30th September dogs are not allowed on certain beaches in and around St.Ives (see web link) between 8am and 7pm.

Porthmeor Beach is on the wilder, windswept North side of St Ives with Man\'s Head and The Island promontories offering some protection on the West and East ends of the beach.There is nothing between the beach and America;hence it is one of the best surf breaks in the UK.The beach is also famous for the Tate Gallery which sits majestically above the beach on the site
