Property imageThis traditional granite fisherman’s upstairs cottage is located in a quiet terraced street which is a couple of minutes walk from the center of town, harbour and beaches. Sandy Cove Cottage is a two bedroomed bright, modern cottage boasting all the amenities needed to make your stay a comfortable home from home experience in beautiful St Ives. Short and long stay car parks are also located nearby and all within walking distance.

Access to Sandy Cove Cottage is located through the shared main front door in to the hallway; the main front door for the cottage is located on the left of the communal hallway entrance.

Ground Floor

Open plan sitting/dining/ kitchen area with the living space decorated in a beach style.

A newly refurbished kitchen with gas hob, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and radio. The kitchen is fitted with all glassware, crockery, utensils, and cooking pans etc.

The dining area is located just in front of the kitchen with a table and seating for 4.

The living area has two comfortable two-seater settees, a TV that is connected to Sky Q, a DVD player, CD player and Bluetooth sound box. The fireplace is for decorative purposes and is not a working fireplace.

First Floor

Bedroom 1. King size bed, wardrobe, set of drawers, and mirrors etc. There is a TV/DVD player and a hairdryer.

Bedroom 2. Two single beds, hanging rail and drawers. There is also a TV/DVD player and hairdryer.

Bathroom

The boiler is located in the cupboard, tiled walls and floor, WC, small bath with power shower, sink, and mirrored bathroom cupboard.

In the sitting room there is a large cupboard for storage and pushchairs etc.

Dogs will be considered but are requested not to go to the carpeted upstairs area or sit on any of the furniture.

A high chair can be provided on request.

Visitors are requested to bring their own beach towels.
