Sitting room. Comfortable seating for six, large wall-mounted flat screen TV. Lovely view over the front terrace towards Porthmeor Beach.

Kitchen/dining area. This stunning area has been extended for 2016 and is light, bright and beautifully furnished with large dining table with seating for eight, electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave. Understairs area with space for hanging coats houses the washer/dryer. Large French doors to exterior with steps up to decking area with garden furniture (young children should be supervised).

First Floor

Bedroom 1. Double bed, wardrobe, storage space and bedside tables. Original fireplace. Views across front terrace to Porthmeor Beach.

Bedroom 2. Double bed, wardrobe, storage space and bedside tables. Original fireplace. View onto the pretty back terrace.

Bathroom. Bath, WC, wash basin, heated towel rail and electric shower.

Second Floor

Narrow, steep carpeted staircase to white painted wood panelled attic bedroom with vews to rear over the terrace and a large dormer window and window seat with stunning views across Porthmeor Beach and The Island.

Bedroom 3. Two single beds (with bases on floor) and hanging space.
