Weekly rentals are displayed at the bottom of each individual property page and will show as either booked or available. Alternatively you may prefer to download the 2008 price list. You may need to get Adobe Acrobat Reader.

• Reserved car parking £40 per week
• Travel cot hire (not including linen) £20 per week
• High chair hire £20 per week
• Pet charge (per dog if allowed) £20 per week

when not included in the accommodation rental can be hired at a weekly charge of

• Double Set (1 double duvet cover, 1 double sheet, 4 pillow cases) £15
• Single Set (1 single duvet cover, 1 single sheet, 2 pillow cases) £13
• Cot Set (1 single sheet, 1 pillow case) £5

• £15 per booking

A refundable £100 damage deposit is payable with the final balance to provide the owners with some security against damage or extra cleaning etc.

Due to regulations governing the administration and sale of general insurance we are unable to arrange insurance on your behalf, but would like to remind all customers of our Conditions of Booking and that cancellations, for whatever reason, will result in the whole of the rental being due should we be unable to re-let your booking

Following the success of our economy package last year, Cornish Riviera Holidays are pleased to introduce another Budget Holiday Scheme for the winter and low season periods, excluding Bank Holidays and 1/2 term holidays.

Rentals per property per week are

• 2 people £240 per week
• 3 people £260 per week
• 4 people £270 per week

The above rentals have been agreed with most of the owners and include the following services free of charge.

• VAT at current rates
• Children under 5 years of age at the time of booking free of charge
• Reserved car park spaces (subject to availability on the day of arrival)
